La Casa Santa Maria est une maison plain pied contemporaine imaginée par Etcheberrigaray + Matuschka. La maison plain pied a été construite sur un terrain agricole où sont cultivés des arbres fruitiés. L’architecte a designé cette façade noire en bois contrastant avec la luminosité intérieur.  Les grandes baies vitrées de la façade offrent un éclairage naturel.
